I never understood the importance or the power of snacks until my daughter turned into a toddler! From sun up to sun down, my rambunctious three year old daughter is constantly moving. I am in awe of the amount of energy that she has! In order to fuel all that energy, in addition to meals, she literally snacks all day. Between playdates and preschool, she is constantly exposed to a ton of choices. And it’s always a challenge to keep her interested in choosing healthy options, like fresh fruit or veggies. The struggle is real, right Moms?! So I’m always trying fun ways to switch it up with how I prepare fruit, especially now that warmer months are on the way.
