Story Time Favs

As we settle in to the new normal of practicing social distancing, I’ve discovered that even with having to adapt to so many changes, some things remain the same. Like our love for story time. Reading together is so much fun! And now that Arabella is four years old, it’s heartwarming to watch her “read” aloud the stories that she has enjoyed over the years. So I wanted to share a few of our favorite books.

Wherever You Are by Nancy Tillman expresses the love of a parent and child so beautifully, I still tear up reading it.

The Colors of Us by Karen Katz is a positive and affirming story about skin color.

What Should Danny Do? by Adir Levy gives you child the ability to choose the direction of the story.
It’s a great way to reinforce how to make good choices.
