My First Garden

You guys… I grew these tomatoes! I can’t express how happy I am about this incredible feat. I do not have a green thumb. I’ve tried. And many plants along the way have died. But I’ve always wanted to grow my own produce and share the experience with Arabella. I just didn’t think it was possible with my skills and space. So when I saw a self watering, self fertilizing, aesthetically pleasing vertical garden that fit perfectly on my deck, no planting needed, it almost seemed too good to be true. So I decided to try it! I received my Lettuce Grow Farm Stand in April and without hardly any effort besides water and verbal encouragement, I’ve grown butterhead lettuce, yummy bok choy, spring onions, rosemary, thyme, the most fragrant basil AND these beauties - perfect cherry tomatoes. Listen, there is nothing like cooking at home and walking out to your own garden to grab ingredients. It makes your heart and belly full. I’m so glad I decided to try.
