Some"bunny" Turned 4!

When Arabella asked me for a bunny birthday party I immediately answered, “Sure!” - even though I had doubts about how I could actually pull it off. So the first thing I did was figure out how and where to get enough bunnies for a party of 15 rambunctious 4 year olds. My solution was Squeels on Wheels! They are a traveling petting zoo that offers in home birthday parties with miniature animals. And to my surprise, I was able to create a custom package with just bunnies along with a knowledgable and very patient staff member that managed a safe space and fun experience for everybody. Words can’t describe how happy my daughter and her friends were to be able to spend time with bunnies in their little laps. It was squeals and giggles the entire time!

I added little touches of bunnies everywhere in my home like bunny paw print decals on the entryway floor, bunny garland around the Christmas tree and bunny ears for each child.

And of course, I called my favorite baker, Cake as You Like It, to create a beautiful and delicious bunny cake to match the backdrop. She also made the most adorable cupcakes ever - with bunny ears and bunny butts:)

Overall, this was my favorite birthday celebration for my daughter. She was ecstatic and seeing her soaking all that joy in on her special day made me so so happy. And I know what you’re thinking and the answer is no, she did not keep one of the bunnies! Haha!
